As DataLend's lead business analyst, project manager and quality assurance expert, he helped oversee the development and subsequent launch of the business in January 2013. Benedict previously was vice president of Product Development at EquiLend, and worked in various roles at BearingPoint, Pershing Securities, Sherwood Securities and Yamaichi International (America). He has an MBA in Finance and MS in Information Systems from Boston University and is a frequent contributor to various industry publications on a wide range of securities finance topics. He holds Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
