Tim has over 17 years of legal and regulatory experience in the financial markets, most recently with the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME) and, before that, with Gardner, Carton & Douglas, where he was a partner for seven years. Prior to his legal career, Tim worked as a financial analyst and passed the Illinois Certified Public Accounting examination.
