Mr. Van Dress has over 20 years investment advisory experience and has a deep understanding of various asset classes. He was a key player in NSC's investment banking division having participated in dozens of initial public offerings, mostly in the healthcare and technology sectors, he has vast experience in BDC's, private placements, REITS, as well as privately held real estate offerings. In 2012, Mr. Van Dress was credited with developing the only long/short trading platform for National Asset Management (NAM), a division of NSC. In July 2014, Joshua left National Securities Corporation and National Asset Management in order to found the Partnership and General Partner. Joshua holds a Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 license.
