Going to college for paleontology and marketing, he settled for being a stockbroker right out of college. Watching the brokers in the office lose every time taking shots in options, Chris wanted to find out who was making money on the other side, in effect “who was the house?”. He found it on the Chicago Board Options exchange, where with little money, moved to Chicago, to be a clerk on the floor. After 8 successful years on the floor, Chris realized that electronic trading was making more money than floor trading, and left the floor to work for a NYC day trading firm. While opening 4 offices for them in Atlanta, and successfully training countless traders, Chris managed to be in the top 5 out of 800 traders for all 9 years he was with the firm. After the firm was taken over Chris decided to trade from home, which he has done since 2003.
