4 New SPAC Deals: 2 SPACs include Chamath Palihapitiya | SPACs Attack

On today's show, Chris Katje covers a few new SPAC deals, two of which are Chamath Palihapitiya investments. SPAC $AONE (ONE) announced an agreement with Markforged, a leader in additive manufacturing. $RTP (Reinvent Technology Partners) set to merge with Joby Aviation, a piloted fleet, all-electric, vertical takeoff, and landing passenger company; the deal will value the combined enterprise at roughly $6.6 billion. $RAAC (Revolution Acceleration) reported a merger with the AI developer Berkshire Grey; the transaction is expected to provide up to $413 million in cash proceeds, including a fully committed PIPE of $165 million anchored by Chamath Palihapitiya. $RMGB (Rmg Acquisition Corporation II) is taking India's leading renewable energy company "ReNew Power" public in a deal valuing the company at $8 billion; Chamath has a hand in this deal as well.
